58 mm Button Cutter

It is a guillotine system that is used for button badge manufacturing and makes circular cuts on printed paper. Button badge manufacturing begins with printing the images intended to be made into badges on paper.

The images to be used for printing on paper are prepared in a slightly larger size, approximately 69.5 mm, compared to the 58 mm badge to be produced.

The reason for this is that during the production of the button badge, the end of the paper must be folded to the back of the badge. The visual button is prepared in the shape of a circle in accordance with the shape of the badge. Different cutting blades are used for different sizes of badges.
